initrd /initrd.img-5.5.3 should be on a line by itself, not on the "linux" line

the root= parameter should point to the filesystem you want linux to use as /,
that is /dev/mapper/lfslvm3-root

Maybe, at the point you are, you could try to read more general
documentations, about lvm2, grub, uefi, etc. That's how we make documentation
for lfs...
