Salam Al-Hassan, Welcome, It's not big deal if you used to work with shell,and you have some little programming skills.
Myself, I don't do exactly testing. But whenever I got something went wrong. I do some tests and search through google.then check if there any previous bug reports. I may check with others to confirm that it's a bug. Then I fill a bug report with much possible data. Salam, Abdellah Chelli.
