I think you've made an assumption that is not explicitly stated in the
problem statement. You've assumed here that the outer disk has 100 red
sections followed by 100 white sections. The question doesn't state a
particular ordering only states that there are 100 white and red
sections each on the outer disk.
Please clarify.
