Break the link between the first and second items in each list. Link
the first item in the first list to the second item in the second
list, and link the first item in the second list to the first item in
the first list.

The traversal is from the first item of the first list, through the
second list, starting with the second item and ending with the first
item, and then through the remainder of the first list starting at the
second item and ending with the first item (if it is correct to say
that you end traversing a circular list).
