If you know the basics and want to make your base strong then i would suggest u to read "The C programming language" by Brian Kernighan<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brian_Kernighan>and Dennis Ritchie <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dennis_Ritchie>.
