I'm looking for the fleury or the hierholzer algorithm in php, c or fleury. Do 
u can help?

Perhaps u can take a look at bin-packing algorithm and monte-carlo simulation. 
If u want optimize the throughput of a referent u have to calculate the costs 
first. Or what about dynamic-programming? Can u calculate the lower bounds of a 
tsp? That I need also to know.
