Hello, it's really nice to see such a world wide online programming competition being organized after Google CJ. I have got a three questions
1- Can we use Dev C++ (which we have been using on windows platform). If we are allowed to use dev C++, then do we have to submit .cpp files only or .cpp and .dev files (both)? 2- Can we use java? Java is also a platform independent? 3- How many rounds are there? Will there be any on sight rounds?
