Im not very ure abt dis....But what we all do know is dat the compiler never
chks fr array bounds(except if we use vector format in C++)...its the
programmers duty...i guess that is why we knw dat v r accessing an out of
bound memory location bt the compiler still treats is as the part of the
array and prints 0...
