Ok thats a diff thing
but what i posted is somewhat different

actually what happen is that .5 can be represented completely in binary form
and the same case with 1.0 and .25 , .125 also
but when we talk about .7 then it cant be represented in binary precisely
even we upgrade it to double.
thats why a==.5? works but not c==.7?
