The questions asked to us was simliar to this (it was titled *The Game of
Life* :D),

Consider a MxN matrix, with each cell painted either black or white. A flip
is defined over a cell as inverting the colors of all cells in the 3x3 grid
centered at that cell. The outermost boundary never changes color. The flip
over any cell is independent of the flips over any other cell in the matrix.

Input: A NxM matrix like
BWBW
WWWW
BBBB

t  (t lines (x,y,i) follow)
x y i, where (x,y) is the cell index and i is the number of flips to be
performed over that cell.

Output: Resultant matrix.
