When I try to compile and run I get the error below which presumably means I have screwed up something. What puzzles me is that the error seems to imply some type checking problem between CalcStruct and CharParser which seem fine when I run CalcStruct.main in the interpreter.
This can happen sometimes when you have several components and a form of diamond-shaped dependencies between them, and you recompile only some of them. Then you might end up with different instances of abstract types lying around in a way that link-time type checking cannot resolve. I gues that's the case here.
