Samplitude access is JAWS-based. There are no plans at this time to make it work with NVDA like it does with JAWS. Now, that doesn't mean there will never be any, just that there aren't any today.

Hello List,

I have just purchased Samplitude Pro X3 and Sound Forge Pro 11 and was
wondering if anybody could please point me toward NVDA add-ons and
accessibility resources for these programs so I can learn more about using it
accessibly? Thanks,
