To clarify a little, the shortcut on older versions of Windows 10 was Windows 
Key and ENTER but this was changed to WINDOWS+CONTROL+ENTER as was already 
stated.  The CAPSLOCK key is the key used for Narrator commands, and CAPSLOCK 
together with ESCAPE will exit Narrator.
