Hi all. Always discussions of all types of audio on this list, and I spend all day recording and manipulating audio in one way or another, but my question is for a friend. A Pastor wishes to know, in his small church he wishes to record his talks himself, so which recorder and / or microphone do you recommend he use? I'd think he'd either wear the microphone like a lapel type of device, but which to recommend, an OlympusLS-P4 for example? He is visually active, so that is not the issue, though my Pastor friend of the friend wants something accessible as well. I have the BP plus which records fabulously well using either it's internal microphone, or a set of Andrea SuperBeam "cans," which are binaural microphones built into decent enough headphones. The Mics are superior for the price, and believe it or not I found them on Amazon for about $13, one of those sleeping deals which happen once in awhile. ----- Curtis Delzer, HS.
