Jambox would be the absolute last I'd be recommending to anyone. I've had some of the Bose Soundlink speakers and I particularly liked the latest version of the Soundlink Mini, not the best sounding Bluetooth speaker out there but for the size the speaker packs in a lot of puch. If you want to go straight to the top then the Bowers And Wilkins T7 - even after 2 years - is still the one to beat, it’s a true portable Hi-Fi Bluetooth speaker. Kef make another which I've not heard yet but - if the Kef Egg system is anything to go by - the eggt uses similar drivers - then the Kef portable Bluetooth speakers should be a real blast. The Kef uses 2 separate units if you want stereo sound.
