Oh yes sir it sure is. I mean if we go back to when the origenal Zoom F8
came around the only thing else you could get that would take 8 mikes
was the $6000 Sound Devices 788-T SSD. Now the regular hard drive 1
might be a little less but the 1 I wanted so bad was the SSD one. Now
they also have the MixPre 10. But it too is in the thousands.I forget
what it is exactly.

Its incredible how Zoom have managed to wipe the floor with all the Big boys of
the recorder industry as - generally - Zoom gives you far much more bang for
your buck whether that be build quality, audio quality or feature set.
The Zoom stuff is useable even though you might have to sit down for 10 minutes
initially taking notes.
