That is iffy, since devices handle things differently. :) sometimes you can control all volume with the "zoom" volume from your keyboard, other times, from the device. I'd recomment trying and playing with it until you are convinced of that changes you want are really happening. I have similar results with my BlueTooth headphones and my USB keyboard interacting differently with the PC volume, so I understand the issues you're facing. ----- Curtis Delzer, HS.
