Hi Listers. Apologies for the rather unique/specific nature of this question... Any help will be gratefully received.
I'm in the UK and, for some time, I've been unable to pick up DAB radio on my Roberts Concerto (it's not the Concerto 2 - as far as I'm aware - as I've had the unit since 2014 or 2015). Initially, I thought that I must have accidentally changed stations from what I had been listening to because it was playing something random but I found at the same time that even my pre-set stations had changed and I'm now not getting anything at all by either attempting to re-scan for stations or by pressing the pre-set buttons. I've tried the unit in various locations in case it's simply a positional issue, including moving between two different rooms, but I've had no success. I know these are quite old models (I think they were around as early as 2008), and I know there were some DAB changes in 2012, but as I was happily using digital radio on this device much later than 2012 I'm assuming that isn't the issue (unless further alterations have taken place). So, can anyone please advise me of any updates that might be causing this issue or suggest any other ways of potentially fixing the problems that I'm having?
