I am looking for an accessible program to create a DVD containing about 16 short videos I captured from YouTube. I want to include a menu when the DVD starts so the user can jump to the desired video. Windows DVD maker (or maybe it was Movie Maker) is not available in Windows 10. I have used Video Redo, but it seems to be limited to only 12 entries in the menu. I appreciate your suggestions.
