Hey.
I don't have 11 so maybe I don’t' understand, but there have been recent tech 
posts nad youtube videos about how microsoft has made it easier to change 
default browsers in Windows 11. Maybe do a search and see what you can find. 
They do reallys eem to be trying to push people to use Edge but they wouldn't 
take away the ability to change defaults.
The dialogue should still be there if you type defaults into settings search 
but maybe it doesn't include web browser here? Not sure.
