Goldwave is from goldwave.com. Its about the same as audacity, find the place in the file where the blank starts and hit the [ key -- when you open the file the [ key is at the beginning of the file. Find the end of the blank area and hit the ] key and then if you are sure, hit the delete (not backspace) key and then save the file -- this program works with .wav files, otherwise it will convert mp3 to wav and back.
