Ah yes the booth Junky is indeed correct. The NT1-a did replace an NT1.
Hence the a for anniversary. Then when the new 1 was made I forget when
they took the A away again and that's the current NT1.

Just listened to a youtube demo of the F3 by Curtis Judd. He uses my favourite
mic MKH-416. I haven't been able to afford one yet. But I have a copy which the
booth junky states he couldn't tell the difference between the 2 mics. They had
done a good job of creating the sound profile.

Though I think you did get it during the F6 craze. Lol. The curious thing was
that it wasn't Neal Ewers whom started it first this time. I think it was
either Garry or Jonathan Mosen. Hmmmm maybe Jonathan bought 1 first then Garry
was the first to demo it though.
