I wouldn't really know. I've not used the 20 speakers.

No argument, just wanted to know about any developments. Have the Bose
speakers changed at all? I've had mine forever.

Ah I see. I kinda liked the sheeny Bose audio though. Hmmmm well for $120
the Klipsch should do fine. I can't recall if bose still has the Companion
20 speakers. Which were just that. Stereo speakers you use with the 8th
intch jack. Let's see. I'm sure logitek has stereo speakers too but as I'm a
Dolby Atmos dude I'm not paying that stuff much attention at the moment.

First thanks! I just want the traditional left and right speakers. I love
music and clarity is my desire through all the tonal ranges. My Bose sound
pretty good though I know they are a little coloured and sheeny when volume
is up.

Well I have the Klipsch Pro Media THX certified 2.1 speakers. I too used
Bose. Their Companion 5 multimedia speakers. So first thing's first what
computer are we talking about here? What kinda sound do you want? Ah and how
many channals? If 5.1 and you want them PC specific then your only choice or
at least the 1 I know will be the Logitek 5.1 systems. But the better thing
in the case of multi channel would be hook yourself up an AVR to the PC.
TThat way you can use HDMI and get Blu-Ray audio. Even Dolby Atmos Oro 3D
and DTSX.

I'm just starting to think about new computers. I have been using Bose
speakers for what seems forever. Does anyone know whether they have come
out with better models? Also any recommendations for other brands? Thanks in
advance!
