I would just do it manually. You can't always count on the same length of
silence appearin between tracks, and in fact, on some albums, there might
not be any between certain tracks at all.  You've been trying to get this
task done for quite a long time; at this point I'd just use whatever method
gets it done the quickest. You  have had lots of help here and elsewhere,
and there is the very good goldwave manual which explains how everything in
the prgramme works. There's no definitive setting for what you are asking
for because not all albums are designed the same way.

That is one long MP3 file in to separate tracks.

I would like to know what would folks hear under the mark silence tab
recommend for settings when using auto cue for cue points.

Recommend settings for using to get the best results that is can for marking
the cue points for the file to be split in to tracks.
