Hey Howard. Did you mean to provide a link to a text file? I don't see one here. As for the too-large audio, you could maybe try wetransfer or something like that. Dropbox seems popular among some users. You could also use justbeamit or something like it to send the file to anyone individuall who asks for it. Basically, you upload the file and immediately send a link, and they have about ten minutes to grab it before it's gone. I don't know what the size limit is but it's fairly large I think.
