I was able to find out how to close the library, so I closed it; yep...that did the trick; question now is: how come it me having the library open before never caused a problem? Tom Kaufman

Unless you did not try Control+Tabbing to see (you did not mention it at all if you did). So instead of Alt+T to toggle the mini-browser tab, try Alt+W to open up the main window of the player and see then if you can Control+Tab to it after toggling it. Here are a list of keystrokes along with the window/tab that will be opened or closed/toggled. Alt+W Toggle Main Window. Alt+E Toggle Playlist Editor. Alt+G Toggle Equalizer.
