This document describes additional attributes for carrying
authentication, authorization and accounting information between a
Network Access Server (NAS) and a shared Accounting Server using the
Remote Authentication Dial In User Service (RADIUS) protocol
described in RFC 2138 and RFC 2139.

        feature, insert the command "ENCODING mime" before the "FILE"
        command.  To decode the response(s), you will need "munpack" or

        exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
        "multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
        up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
