This memo presents an object-oriented language for various kinds of
management information specifications. It is independent of
management protocols and applications. Protocol mappings are defined
as extensions to this language in separate memos. However, the
primarily targeted applications of this language are SNMP and
COPS-PR in a way that this language can replace the SMIv2 and SPPI.
