This document describes the set of emergency call services that are
provided in Public Switched Telephone Networks (PSTN) today and will
be in the near future.  It discusses related features which are
needed to provide these services.

        exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with
        "multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split
        up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on
