Interesting news story and video... though I highly doubt that, as stated by the reporter, "Only three percent of Americans are considered vegetarian, a number that has held steady for about 15 years." Especially with the increased consumer demand for vegetarian items and increased availability of "faux" meats at stores everywhere!
