2005 -------
The word document looks fine in MS Word, but the graphical object on page 11 is
obsuring text - it shuld be absolutly positioned on the next page - looks fine
in MS Word. Plenty of other graphical objects out of alignment in the document.
See pages 11 and 20, for example. Note page 20-21 also show textual defects (the
invalid character boxes in the text box).
