I've tested it on differnet objects. I take "dimension line" and set it on the
left side of a rectangle, then I press the ctrl-key, move the mouse and let it
go on the right side. But if I move the object, the line doesen't move.
Normally, a dl should be coppeled with the object, because it is not usefull, to
move it from hand. If I read the helpside, there is said, that a group makes the
dl to a static object, but what could I do now?

Or am I wrong? If so, you have to make it clearer in the description. I think,
the best way for this is as follow:

Choose the dl -> click on the first point -> move to the secound point -> click

Now a dimensionline is there, which is coppeled with the two objects (lines)
which where nearest to the choosen points and if one of the points will be
moved, the dl shows the new dimension. If one object is deleted, the program
asks for deleting the dl too.
