pb -> dv: please takeover. If the focus is on a toolbox <CTRL><F1> works very
well, but if the focus is on the document <CTRL><F1> does nothing and then the
extended help tips on toolbox buttons (and on other controls) don't work anymore
(till you move the focus to a toolbox and press <CTRL><F1>. Then the help tips
work again.
