MAV->DVO: The temporary storage seems to be ok after the fix ( please patch
package/source/zipapi/XUnbufferedStream.cxx with the version from x:\mav\ ) and
the storage implementation throws no exception untill the document tries to
access the stored version. But that seems to be a result of the same problem -
the image is not stored so no persistent entry exists. Please take a look.
