Have a look at the Help page linked to Priority above. You may say this is main functionality, yes. But without a document to test this this is just another bug which is unconfirmed. Have you had a closer look on Issue 20287 ? Have you tried the latest stable version OOo1.1.4 ? Have you checked the proxy settings under tools options internet ?
