Only the autogenerated HelpIds disappear!
the problem is that in ResMgr::GetAutoHelpId() the check in the first couple of
lines
if( nCurStack < 1 || nCurStack > 2 )
failes and thus returns zero as result instead of generating an AutoHelpId
Run the script on mahler:bug/bas/i40876.bas to get the behaviour. Once you have
it it occurs every time you call the dialog
