run bug.bas

Slot used: writer->format->Asian phonetic guide
declaration: FormatRuby SID_RUBY_DIALOG
as .uno:
FormatAsianPhoneticGuide .uno:RubyDialog (not declared yet)
Which is only available in the UI, if
Tools->options->Language Settings ->Languages->Enable for asian languages
is checked

The slot gets called and executed from testtool, even if asian language support
is disabled. No matter if i use the numeric or the .uno: declaration.

NB: I had some trouble on confirming this behaviour reported from HLI.
 But now I have to say, I also can reproduce it.
(Original tescase: qa/qatesttool/framework/level2/CJK/CJK_FeatureSwitch.bas)

->GH: Is it related to the TestTool, or something for MBA?
