There is a major problem with this issue as described in the summary.
The proposed behavior is handy and save keystokes when applied to rows of
columns but definitly not when applied to individual cells inside the sheet.

The problem is that you shift part of a row and you desynchronize data, say if
you have a grid item / price, you use paste to insert a new item... it's
inserted... and you get your price list all wrong.

OOO 1.3 Debian version is behaving this way and it's a major problem (see closed
issue 40204, closed because it's debian specific).

Is this issue is for moving full rows or columns it's ok. If it's for cells
too... I whish I could vote *against* it.
