------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Wed Jan 19 17:29:28 -0800 2005 ------- One aspect seems to be, that the document uses a strange mixture of Times New Roman (TrueType) and Times (Type1 PostScript). When I open the document, I see blank rectangles where I suppose the fractions for 1/3 and 2/3 should be, but 1/2 works fine. See bottom of page 5. My font menu says that the font is "Times". When I switch the font to Times New Roman, then the fractions work. client21% pdffonts Downloads/Ultimatum\ Write\ Up.pdf name type emb sub uni object ID ------------------------------------ ------------ --- --- --- --------- Times-Bold Type 1 no no no 44 0 Times-Roman Type 1 no no no 46 0 Times-BoldItalic Type 1 no no no 45 0 Times-Italic Type 1 no no no 43 0 FAAAAA+TimesNewRomanPSMT TrueType yes yes yes 36 0 Helvetica Type 1 no no no 42 0 HAAAAA+ArialMT TrueType yes yes yes 41 0 --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
