This happens only if you set the focus directly over the freeze e.g freeze
between row 4 and 5, focus on a cell in row 4 and you press ENTER or press the
arrow down key. But this means that you want to travel from row 4 to row 5, so
row 5 is shown. This is the designed behaviour (compare with Excel and Lotus
1-2-3).
