2005 -------
it still is the IM server that does not answer office's calls. restart the IIIM
server and everything goes well again.

- become root
- /etc/init.d/IIim stop
- /etc/init.d/IIim start

and things are running normally again.

Question of course is: what caused the IIIM server to not answer any calls
anymore ? Still there's nothing we can do on our side.
