It turned out to be a problem with drop cap import. Fixed this problem so the
filter won't crash.
The problem specific with the bugdoc is, that a "very weired" drop cap is used,
which can not be imported into the writer.
If we also want to import this "weired" type of drop caps we need to redesign
existing drop cap functionality. So if you want the writer to handle this,
please write a feature bug.
