The assertion is right and can not be avioded, since the RTF document really
contains a NUL (\'00) character, which is also a correct value for \leveltext.
The crash can no be reasoned with this assertion.
I personally think the document crashed, because it contains lists with empty
list names. This is the same problem as #118989# and fixed in frrtf01.
