dvo->msc: Now the namespaces are stored per-model, meaning that once you
enter/delete/etc a namespace for one item somewhere, it should be available on
all other bindings/etc. of the same model.
(Note: It is still possible (for standards reason) to make per-binding
namespaces, but one can't create those through the UI. If per-binding namespaces
are used, the UI presents binding + model namespaces together, and changes go to
wherever the original binding is from. Since this is not UI-creatable, I don't
think this would matter for testing.)
