Fixed now.
Had to use an approximation as the writing mode is contained in the page style,
which won't be used normally in XHTML (i.e.
/office:document/office:automatic-styles/style:page-master/style:properties/@style:writing-mode).
Used 'dir' attribute in the body element.
Looks fine in Mozilla 1.7.5.
