In few words the idea of the fix is that the OLE objects should cache the size
provided to them on loading ( or later ), so even if the object is not switched
to running state during document editing it will be possible to retrieve the
adjusted size.
The getVisualAreaSize() method implementation for OLE objects still can throw an
exception in case there is no cached value and it can not switch itself to
running state to retrieve the value from OLE server ( the exception would mean
that either the object was hanled in wrong way by container or that the object
size caching implementation has internal problem ).
