------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jan 21 14:22:19 -0800 2005 ------- should a cell contain a number/text that does not contain a :, when that cell gets formatted as time, the displayed value becomes wrong. changing the cell back to a normal number format the displayed value once again becomes correct. if cell a1 = 44.03 and a2 = 42.7, format them to a time format MM:SS.00 the displayed values change to 43:12.00 and 48:00.00 in number format a1-a2 = 1.33 in time format a1-a2 = 31:55:12 in both cases the value should be 1.33. with or without the colon both a1 and a2 are valid time representations. i could handle the improperly displayed values as long the a1-a2 resulted in the same number. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
