The oot extension is not registered (at least on my system) and I have to choose an application to open it with. The only application in the list is "OpenOffice.org 1.9.69" and if selected, it will crash when opening the attached file. And about what "es" told on the oot obsolete file format, I think it would be fine (even in a product from the development branch) that OOo would perform the oot > odt conversions automagically.
