Hi,

the input of numbers is locale dependend. The locale set in your document is
Estonian. Setting this to English UK I get the same result as if I enter the
numbers in the way you do.

2.00 in the german column is interpreted as date (1. February 2000) as the
decimal separator for estonian is a comma.
0.34 in the german column could not be resolved to a valid date as Month zero in
1934 doesn't exist. Therefore this is interpreted as text and therefore as range
name. As this name doesn't exist, a #Name Error is displayed.

The root cause seems to be the locale setting of estonian and its different
types of decimal and thousands separator.
