------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Mon Jan 24 02:45:42 -0800 2005 ------- Hi, the input of numbers is locale dependend. The locale set in your document is Estonian. Setting this to English UK I get the same result as if I enter the numbers in the way you do. 2.00 in the german column is interpreted as date (1. February 2000) as the decimal separator for estonian is a comma. 0.34 in the german column could not be resolved to a valid date as Month zero in 1934 doesn't exist. Therefore this is interpreted as text and therefore as range name. As this name doesn't exist, a #Name Error is displayed. The root cause seems to be the locale setting of estonian and its different types of decimal and thousands separator.
