this issue is about building the "wizards" module. there is still the same issue
when building which requires a jdk version > 1.3.1.
since the jar files of "xalan" are available now in solver, it would be
sufficiet to add the according entry to the JARFILES when detecting a jdk
version not containing them.
don't forget to add a dependency on the module "xalan" to
"wizards/prj/build.lst".
